Location was near to main areas, hotel had what we needed. No complaints

Nothing.. would stay here again

Location very close do Union Square but far enough to not be in the center of the confusion. We arrived early in the morning, after a night flight where we hardly slept, and the hotel allowed us to checkin early, without any additional charge. We were super greatful. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was very good. However, I do have to point out that the tipping system made everyone uncomfortable. When I say everyone, I mean most guest, because I have observed this in several tables. Tipping is supposedly optional but appreciated, according to the hotel messages, but the employee attending to your table would look into your tab to see if you have tipped or not and if not they would point out that and kind of force you to tip. To be honest I would prefer to have an additional service fee on the tab, fixed and not optional, because in the end tipping is not optional but “forced”, and this would eliminate uncomfortable interactions between employees and guests.

Ontzettend centraal gelegen hotel. We kregen een upgrade naar een suite! Wat een lieve receptioniste. Het is allemaal beetje oudbollig maar wel schoon en charmant. Ontbijt is super. Op de 12 etage met fantastisch uitzicht. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Ook goede gym trouwens! Kortom zeker boeken

Super Lage, sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, happy Hour sehr nette Geste. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse okay. Originell eingerichtet in der Lobby, wenn man sich für das Thema Marines interessiert. Kostenfreie Nutzung von Waschmaschine inklusive Pulver. Gym ok. Zimmerreinigung während der Frühstückszeit.

Zimmereinrichtung teilweise schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, auch das ist aber für die USA nichts Außergewöhnliches. Jedoch darüber hinaus einige nicht wirklich funktionierende Dinge, Schranktür fast aus Verankerung, einmal Wasser für 15 Minuten weg, unter Bett und Nachtkästchen ‚Verpackungsmaterial’ von Vorgängern, Fenster geht nur sehr schwer auf, immer wieder Geräusche von irgendeinem technischen Gerät. Man muss aber immer die Preis – Leistung sehen, um einiges günstiger als die meisten Hotels rundherum in dieser Top Lage. Man muss allerdings die Parkkosten mit einkalkulieren.

God frokost (ekstra god appelsinjuice). Hyggelige folk, spesielt mann ved døra (Bryan?!) som var svært vennlig og imøtekommende. Beliggenhet helt perfekt, "alt" rett utenfor døra.
