WLAN Empfang nicht besonders, Trinkgeldgabe selbst beim Frühstück erwartet, Lage sehr zentral aber man braucht für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen wie Fisherman’s Wharf oder Oracle Park ein Uber oder Taxi.

Location was good.

The breakfast staff were rude and seemed overly focused on receiving tips. Guests are asked to write their room number and tip amount on a slip, and I discovered at check-out that a staff member had altered mine by adding an extra zero to the amount. This is completely unacceptable. I also had to wait an entire month to receive my security deposit refund, which is inadmissible for a hotel of this standard. The breakfast pastries were never fresh, and overall the hotel is vastly overpriced for what it offers.
