Loved the fact that room service came daily and made sure I had clean towels!!😁

The first night we got there, there was no parking and had to park next door. Fortunately not as far away as some. If I would have had to park in the dark lot beside the home 2 I would have been very unhappy.

I had low expectations given the ranking and rating of this Hilton property. The positives are that my room was very clean and housekeeping did a very good job daily. There is a Starbucks and Walgreens that are easily walkable. The biggest negative was breakfast. They did not have orange juice the three days I was there - with a sign saying it wasn’t available. Given that we were in Florida I found this a major negative. Also they ran out of cranberry flavored drink one of two days I had breakfast. So that left no type of juice. The coffee was very weak. The third day I gave up and went to Starbucks. The other notable negative was that my room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 430 pm. Although I only waited 10-15 minutes, no sort of complimentary thing was offered to me to make up for the inconvenience like bottled water or whatever. I am a Hilton member. The overall impression was a hotel that was cutting cost corners.
