communication and handling clients. No VISA Machine and use of foreign currency, other payment methods.

The location in respect of the airport was perfect!

1) On booking.com, the property indicates that they take Visa and Mastercard - they DON'T. I had a hard time trying to get cash to make payment as I was leaving for the airport 2) The breakfast was not creative at all 3) The WiFi is low-grade. I had to order a local sim card in order to hotspot

The location is just right for someone coming to Niamey for business. Not far from airport. The friendliness of the staff. Hyacinthe was very helpful in assisting me to fill in my Travisory application for entry in Seychelles. Many thanks to him.

Very limited choice for breakfast.

The employees of the hotel are very nice. We ordered Dinner which was limited (not all the things on the menu was available) but what we were able to order was nice. Breakfast was good but it was limited as well. They did accommodate small special requests (we were the only guests in the hotel) so we could not expect for elaborate buffets etc. to be put out just for us. The pool was not as clean as we are used to but we are from the US and are not used to the dusty Sahel. The room was nice but small since we were the only guests I wish we could have gotten the nicest room and view in the hotel which we thought we booked but we got a handicapped room on the first floor right next to the front desk, no view and not much space. Also we booked the hotel because it was the only one that listed a bathtub no other hotel listed this as a option and we were sad to find out there were none. Overall the experience was really good just a little culture shock.

We did not know free WiFi was available.

Management. Professional and well organised staff. Good room service, quiet room. excellente restauration services and pleasant. Staff available to assist with any issue.

Difficult access throughout the main road on arrival day. Automatic swicth off for the electrical cabinet doesn't allow the charging of computer or other related devices when outside.

Good airport shuttle. Met and greeted in English. Staff helpful. Good enough facilities in challenging location. Convenient for airport.

Wifi dropped out several times a day with a new connection code needed. Food offer average. Pool not clean. Distant from city (no shops/restaurants nearby). Pricey for what it is.
