Clean. Next to the beach with a view of the ocean.

No view of Haystack Rock (someone told me it could be seen from the beach in front of the hotel).

That there were not decent television stations and that the tvs weren’t smart TVs so that we could stream since there were no good channels

Location, location, location! Right on the beach, wonderful views. Comfy, retro decor (70's?). Staff/owner pleasant and accommodating. Easy beach or town walk.

With great upstairs view comes long walk up stairs.

It's impossible to turn off outside lights - to sleep well I had to close all window curtains
