Allen Lake Resort Richfield Springs Cooperstown

Pretty setting. Good swimming pool, sauna, and exercise room. Very good breakfast with lots of choices (eventhough our booking app told us that breakfast was not available). I had called to check and was told that it was only a limited continental breakfast. It was not that limited! The rooms were clean and spacious. The woman in charge was very friendly and helpful,.

The room was very large, but lacked places to put things and outlets for plugging in chargers. No ground floor rooms and no elevator...a bit of an inconvenience for eighty year olds. .

Small modern hotel with an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna, and a well-lit common area. Large rooms with air conditioning and an excellent bathroom.

No overhead lighting in the bedrooms and rather dim bulbs in the three lamps.

The owner of the farm was friendly and helped us get into our room. The pool was large and there are only ten rooms on the property; so we were the only ones using the pool. Most of the hotel was just a couple years old. Very spacious bedrooms!

The sauna didn’t work. The back of the hotel was missing siding. The bed made a noise whenever my husband rolled over; it was loud enough to wake me up. Some clutter on the property.

Nothing. We didn't stay there.

We could not walk up to the 2nd floor to our room, and they couldn't give us a room on the first floor due to a power outage, so we physically could not stay at the property. The owner said she call Booking.com to get me a refund, but that hasn't happened.

Room was clean and spacious, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was very beautiful. It was close to a nice restaurant on a lake.

The lighting in the room was a little odd. The location is extremely rural and this wasn’t clear on the booking cute.

Very friendly people. Even had snacks and drinks for over night guest for free. Amazing place.
