Motel 6 Bullhead City, Az - Laughlin

Price was good.

My room had a funky smell in it. It was quite a walk to somewhere to get food as the gas station across the road was not open.

It had crisp clean sheets.

Not great check in. Staff was dour. No greeting. Office “lobby” had two chairs with grey cloth coverings. Not very sanitary looking. I would not sit on them. Nothing on walls junk behind check in desk. No instructions on how to get to room. Had to figure it out. The bldg has windows all around with one side door on each end. The outside doors were in bad disrepair & jarred open - no key needed anyone could walk in.

I liked convenience to Laughlin casinos. Close to circle k for late night snacks. Nice view during the day.

First room had blood stains on mattress and bed bugs, 2nd room was not do bad but I had to do a deep clean of everything I took with me from my stay because everyone was itchy only time we weren't was when not there we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Tv did not work no wifi.

I really liked that this place allowed my small dog to stay with me. He quickly felt super comfortable, and we had a great stay! It's really close to basically everything. I never felt unsafe, even though it is in Old Bullhead. Staff that we interacted with were all very pleasant and helpful. There was more than enough lighting in the room. Shower was lovely, and that is really important to me. Pressure and temperature of the water was great. I don't have any complaints. I didn't detect any bad smells or anything. And I even enjoyed my humble view from my bottom floor room facing Laughlin. Thank you!!!!
