The bed was comfy 🤷🏽‍♀️

Left early. Roaches were found in bathroom and stains on the towels.

Bugs everywhere, Smokey everywhere, cigarette butts everywhere, bathroom tiles all broken up. Old building painted up but dark and just dull Front desk lady excellent

Staff was friendly and understanding when I explained why I cannot and will not complete my stay and asked for a refund

THEY HAVE COCKROACHES!!!!! I REPEAT...THEY HAVE COCKROACHES!!!!!!!! The "non-smoking" room smelled absolutely awful and had what appeared to be nicotine residue seeping and dripping out of all the walls and ceiling; the air conditioner was covered in burn marks; the floor was gross and as slippery as a NY diner kitchen. I checked in and left for work figuring it's gross, but it's only 1 night. Upon getting back at 3am, the smell was even worse than when I checked in and I walked in the bathroom to find COCKROACHES! I immediately grabbed my things and left. Went to the front desk and explained why I was leaving and that I wanted a refund. She said that she could not issue the refund, but to call the manager in the morning. I did and she was understanding and said that the girls from the night shift explained why I left and gave the refund without issue. Sleeping in the front seat of my truck at the rest stop was a better stay than this hotel.

location was fine. A lot of restaurants close by. Ice machines worked. Fairly quiet.

lots of bugs in room, some of which were probably roaches. what Breakfast?

When you arrive at a place and see a smile it is the best gift, after a bad experience at my previous hotel I arrive at this one and see a friendly face willing to help, it is the best, this hotel with very clean locations and a friendly face upon arrival exceeded expectations. Highly recommended Quality and price
