Location, easy room access, parking

RM 102 Window could be removed & walled-in. Traffic noise horrendous. Cig burn in blanket in no smoke rm.

"It was a good location for a one-night stay. Lots of resturants and very close to Griffith Park."

The location was very close to where my event was being held. Only took me approx. 8 min to arrive at my destination.

The room was on the street side and the sounds of cars, trucks and motorcycles could be heard. There were no extras blankets available in the closet or draws and it was a bit chilly at night. The mattress was uncomfortable I could feel the springs, not a good sleep

No breakfast.

Staff exhibited terrible attitude,tried to avoid answering questions about non functioning TV. When I asked for WiFi password, he half jokingly replied "for 20 bucks"! There was no heat and no one around to do anything about it. I wouldn't stay there again for Free!!!

"We got there and it ended up being a motel, which we paid $260 for. We had a homeless dude with long hair bang on our do"
