Ocean Eleven Suites

Enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was about another tenant playing music extremely loud for hours. Loud was an understatement honestly. I did stay during bikeweek and I have zero problems with bikes and some noise but this was extreme. I felt the property managers should have asked them to tone it down a bit or move it inside. Overall very nice place to stay.

Have gone to New Smyrna my whole life and this spot is a hidden gem! Close to everything, great layouts and constantly updating! Very responsive staff and management.

Really nice and spacious place. Staff was accommodating and had great communication. The neighborhood was nice and near the beach.

Cute little vintage motel. Our family travels best when the kids can have a separate room, so the two-bedroom unit really beats a standard hotel room. We also appreciated the kitchen so we could pick up groceries for breakfasts and snacks at the nearby Publix. The beach was a short walk away, and there are lit pedestrian crossings to get you safely across the street. The interior of the unit was clean when we arrived.

When we first arrived, the lock code we were told didn’t work on our door, which is how we discovered the back door to the unit had been left unlocked. Luckily, a helpful cleaning lady was on site, and she made a phone call to get our door code working for us. Many updates have been made, but there is still work to do, especially the tiled-in soap holder in the bathroom that had been broken off the wall leaving jagged ceramic edges over the sink. The bedrooms are quite small even with just a double bed, which caves a bit toward the middle when you lie down. Light was lacking in the living room with only one small lamp in the corner for the whole room in the evening. Some things you might expect to be provided were not—hand soap for the bathroom, a hair dryer, a cutting board for the kitchen (despite the decent set of knives on the counter). I also wish there would’ve been a broom tucked in the front closet; it’s inevitable that sand will end up all over the floor over the course of the week when the beach is the main attraction! The unit was perfectly adequate, but not “beach-ready” as some vacation rentals we’ve visited have been. They do provide beach towels, but a few little sand toys and a cheap cooler would’ve been a welcome addition. We were disappointed that the pool area, one of the few amenities at Ocean Eleven, was being re-tiled while we were there. Of course our first indication that the pool wouldn’t be usable only came immediately prior to arrival, after we had fully paid for the stay.

2 min walk to beach cool tiki bar. Never met employees. Coded door to get in , text when u checkout. Smart TVs and WiFi. Quiet and clean and cool beach vibe. Jeremy was easy going and flexible. Pool was getting facelift
