The worst service bought on booking.com

During my stay They carry out comprehensive renovation they starting at 8.00 on Sunday! Crashing down all reception conference hall etc. this is absolute lack of respect to guests and clients. They sell services not meeting with description. I feel cheated by them I bought service with obligation of payment and was no call about hard buliding works. In Addition there was 6 sockets in room all without grounding so fridge doesn’t work TV doesn’f work, and my charger was broke and the view on the park was the view on building garbage.

Прекрасный отель на границе с Австрией! Цена за семейный номер с завтраком - это просто супер, в два с половиной раза дешевле австрийских предложений! Своя парковка, прекрасный ресторан с террасой и видом на горы и сад. Все было превосходно! Мы были проездом, но хотелось задержаться еще, чтобы больше насладиться спокойной и расслабляющей атмосферой!

Das Zimmer war recht groß.

Das Hotel war im Erdgeschoss zu 50% Baustelle. Dementsprechend war es abends recht laut (beim Abendessen). Das Personal war teilweise sehr freundlich (der junge Mann), teilweise leider offenbar schlecht gelaunt (die junge Frau, die abends an der Rezeption und im Restaurant arbeitete). Die junge Frau, die beim Frühstück anwesend war, war wieder sehr freundlich.
