Budget Inn Decatur Priceville

I turned in my room key early in the morning because I had to work that day and was told that my deposit was supposed to be back on my card in 3 to 5 business days but my deposit still hasn't shown. I left the room exactly how it was before I got the room. The rooms tv didn't work, the sheets had holes in them. The windows were way too thin.

Nothing. The man was rude, charged extra fees and claimed it was from this website. Will not use them or booking.com again.

Everything. Sheets and towels were crusty and nasty. Roaches under the bed. Spiders in the tub. Plug ins sparked fire when used. Tv didnt work. The door was held shut by BEER BOXES. The door did NOT lock. Had to block it off with a chair. The staff was rude. The place smelt horrible. Holes in the walls.

The check out time is too early come on 10am.

The property was unbearable and very dirty the bathroom was like a gas station or protapady I asked for a refund but you wanted to charge me for cancellation I will not be using your services ever again. The place had bed bugs!!! And you wouldn’t give me a refund I will be recommending your company and service as a joke

Everything not worked so I had to spend more money for a live-able place to lay my head

I killed 4 big crickets coming out of a hole in the wall under the sink, and roaming around the room so I took things off the floor.
