The bed in room was perfect. Bathroom very nice.

Was disappointed with breakfast. When something got missing the replacement didn't come. Cleaning staff did not pick dirty cups and replace them. Quality of food served during dinner was far below expectations-

nedostatek personálu , mají asi male platy a tak nemate kvalitni lidi profesionaly , ale pomale brigadniky , co nestihaji , neumi , nikdo je nevede , neumi uklidit vcas nadobi ze stolku , maji jeden ubohy hadrik , zadna desinfekce , vonny spray , nedoplnuje se nadobi , jidlo no proste nestihaji . je to ale chyba vedeni ,viděli jsme. velky upadek sluzeb a kvality . Ani u bazenu se nikdo uz neprojde s hadrou a kostetem aby setrel stojici vodu . Těšili jsme se k Vam , protoze Slovensko mame radi , ale. je nam z toho smutno .Velky pokles urovne sluzeb , turisticka trida .
