Ocean view studio condo.

It was clean and had everything I needed, and there was a view of the ocean

The building was worn and not updated and and it took a long time from the front door to get to my room. Long entranceway and long hallway Made it a good walk

Location was good it was quite and works were nice and helpful.

Was disappointed online said it had indoor and outdoor swimming pool but when I got there they were both closed went on vacation for spring break with two children that love to swim would have been nice to know or I would have booked somewhere else. Other than that it was fine.

The location was perfect . Beaches were right there as well as all the best food, gas stations, and stores. Walking distance to pretty much anything we needed and more. Also convenient that there was chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and cooler in the room.

There was black mold on the shower curtains, mold underneath the soap holder, NONE of the amenities were open. I mean no gym, no pool, no sana, no hot tub, no restaurant in the building NOTHING. There was a couple elevators that didn’t work while we were there. Our stovetop didn’t work so the “cook while you’re there” obviously isn’t happening. Wasted money on groceries. The pots and pans from where I tried to cook still had food on it. When I opened the sponge (this is probably the most bewildering part for me) it felt WET ? Like it had been used and resealed ??? I have never had that happen before until then. I really usually always give 5 stars no matter how bad it is, but this was just awful. Oh and be careful, the front desk told us the refundable deposit of $100 was supposed to go through where we book but when I called booking. com they said it was not true but if we don’t have it in 7 days to call back and we can fill out some paperwork. Also don’t know why we pay $70 for cleaning and you have to take out your own trash when you go?

Location good and many stores in walking distance.

All amenities were closed including the fitness room, inside bar and restaurant, And all inside pools and hot tubs. Hot water ran out quickly in the shower. Sliding door to the tiny patio was very difficult to open. You could barely stand on the patio for the ocean view as it is only about 2 foot wide.

Booked this place. Then, I was called to be told that the hot tub and pool did not work. So the lady was kind enough to switch our location to one with a hot tub. Afterall..... this was the main reason I booked the place, as I told her that. Well... low and behold, the hot tub never worked the whole time we were there at the place that we were moved to. I could have paid $50 more and just stayed at the Hilton. So when you get just a very small, horrably outdated, holes in the walls "littlery" room, with barely an ocean view, with no hot tub and other amenities... compared to the Hilton where everything is working perfectly fine and is absolutely beautiful. Nah. This was a headache. Good trip... horrible stay.

Tiny room was well equipped and clean

NOTHING connected with the property was working, except two elevators. ALL outside areas were blocked off. Pools and jacuzzi not working . No access to beach from property. No place to sit outside. No security at all. Anyone can walk in and go anywhere in the building. ALL amenities are closed and have NO TRESPASSING sign prevent even sitting at tables…
