AQUA SPORT***

Spacious room, quiet and comfortable. Very good restaurant, including a great choice eg. Indian and Nepalese food, though a bit pricey. The location is very pleasant - close to town and next to the river and meadows :) The swimming pool and jacuzzi are great, facilities clean and modern.

The air conditioning wasn't working the first night. The second night, after complaining, it worked better but still not very effectively. The breakfast choice isn't good and the eggs and sausages were cold. The coffee, though, was fine.

A lot of space in the shower, and in the room, balcony a clean spaces. I like free entrance to fitness club.

It is a pitty that too hight energy price forced you to close pool and wellness spa.

good location, great sports offer

My room hadn’t been cleaned 3 days in a row during my 4- night stay. The cleaning lady did see me walking out of my room and yet she didn’t make my bed and the rubish wasn’t taken away either. The floor wasn’t vacuum-cleaned and I even found a dead bug on the floor. And I mentioned the cleaning issue to the receptionist every single day after the room service hadn’t been done.
