The place is absolutely lovely! It is a centuries old dutch house, certainly a lifetime experience! I stayed in room 6 with a freshly renovated bath and a cute little terrace looking at the promenade. It’s on the 3rd/4th floor depending how you count and the stairs are steep which, to me, was part of the charm :) We also booked room 2 and it was perfect as well. It’s on the ground floor

The only thing that I could list is that in room 6 the bed is a bit small but that’s also subjective: it is a two people’s bed, just the little double ones and I’m just to a bigger size. Beware that this is a house that has been set up as a hotel therefore you will hear the door opening feom the neighbours. This was NOT an annoyance but it’s good to know in advance, I think. Obviously, in the upper floor the temperature can also get higher but with the help of the window opened and the fan I had a great night (there’s no a/c, which was not needed anyway)

Locatie van het hotel was perfect. Bedden waren prima.

Het was erg heet en er was geen airco. Vloer zakte erg door. Gedateerd hotel. Geen vriendelijke ontvangst door eigenaar. Hielp ons als dames ook niet even met de koffer naar boven tillen. Er was geen lift aanwezig. .

Les rideaux ne sont pas opaques donc réveil avec le lever du soleil et mauvaise isolation sonore, nous entendions les voisins. Accueil un peu léger (ok peut être difficile de se comprendre en Anglais), peu d'infos locales et arrivée à 18 h à négocier ! Tarif élevé avec stationnement payant et contraignant !mm
