"Pésima comunicación entre el HOTEL y hoteles..com"

Precio casi al doble en la aplicación de hoteles.com En el lobby costaba mucho menos la noche La reserva no llegó a tiempo al sistema del HOTEL Y no me encontraban para darme la habitación Demoraron mucho tiempo en darme entrada

Este lugar es para alguien que va a pasar una hora o dos en el lugar nadamas , no tiene ac ni calefacción el agua la dejé correr por 15 minutos y no salió caliente mejor opté por ir a otro hotel , no me reembolsaron nada , las fotos no son lo que parecen pagué por seis noches para nada es un hotel de paso

Es y hotel tranquilo buen ubicado lo único que algunos huéspedes acotan las puertas y es molesto. La atención al cliente es excelente por parte de Eloísa y Marco en Recepción y la señora de la cocina.

Excelente servicio, las instalaciones muy limpias, se puede descansar la recámara muy cómoda. Su ubicación es una de las cosas que más me gustó, se puede salir a caminar y disfrutar de restaurante, bar, jardín, etc. Su personal son personas muy amables y serviciales..te hacen sentir en casa
