I had a reservation for 4 nights, but even before the first one, I learned that my father had died. I asked to pay for the night I used and leave, but I was told that I had to pay all 4. There is no debate in such moments, but I think that this policy should have exceptions. I like the hotel, but I had to explain to 3 managers why I paid so much for one night.
