The hotel is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Everything is new.

There was a problem with night noise that hasn't been solved even after we spoke about it with the staff and the owner. We booked 2 rooms, however it was possible to sleep only in one of them. In the other one it was impossible because of the noise from the next room air conditioning. After the first night we were told not to worry that it wouldn't happen again but it went on every night and we were not offered any kind of solution. We paid in advance, unfortunately.

The property was clean & central for the main sights. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the bus station.

I arrived an hour before check in & although the room was ready if I wanted to check in I would be charged €19. In my opinion charging €19 for 1 hour is ripping your customers off & bad service. When I checked out & went to pay they were going to charge me the full room rate. I questioned this as Booking.com had emailed me to say the hotel had taken a deposit by my credit card. It turns out the full payment had already been taken & I could have been charged twice. It’s terrible that the hotel’s IT system did not recognise a room had already been paid for.
