Vo wellnese chýba jednoznačne ochladzovací bázen. Rekreačný bazén a takisto aj vírivka veľmi studená voda. Večere veľmi slabé. Otváracie hodiny reštaurácie ktorá je zároveň aj ,,lobby bar,, iba do 22:00 aj cez víkend. Pomer cena kvalita služby vôbec nie je zodpovedajúci.

Jedlo bolo veľmi chutné a rôznorodé. Personál príjemný. Lokalita vsadené do pekného prostredia s možnosťou dobrého relaxu.

Signál na ubytovacej izbe bol zlý, ba žiadny. A neustále vypadával.
