La pression de la douche et le manque d’intimité (porte qui ne ferme pas à clé dans les douches)

The breakfast was nice (especially the providing of fresh fruit!), the buffet could offer more variety, but still very good value

部屋や共用スペースが清潔だった。シャワーも問題なくお湯が出た。朝ご飯もおいしい。バスターミナルから近く、チチェン・イッツァやウシュマルなどの遺跡に行くのにも便利。 ロッカーの大きさも、機内持ち込みサイズのリュックサックは問題なく入る大きさだった。

The staff was really nice and helpful, and the evening activities were fun! The free breakfast was amazing 🤤 Localization was perfect, close to everything👌🏻

I wish they didn't leave the AC controller in the dorm room, because some guests always mess with it and then we end up either too hot or too cold... otherwise nothing to complain about!

un roomie no le echaba agua al baño, asi que seguido había orina, o peor! 💩 podrían poner letreros (parece increíble que sea necesario)
