Hotel H - Arena Adults Only

The room was clean and the location was convenient for the wrestling and tour pick up the next morning. It was handy that they could store our bags while we were on tour.

Perhaps we were a bit naive when we booked, as we were unaware exactly what ‘Adults only’ meant. This became apparent when we arrived and guests were not shy about letting everyone know how much they were enjoying themselves throughout the night. Noise from the street/car park was also quite loud. Bring ear plugs!

Stayed here 1 night as I wasn't getting any sleep at my previous place. Staff don't speak English but they're friendly and with the help of Google Translate we were able to get through everything. Bed is nice and comfy and the room fulfilled its need for the night by giving me somewhere to sleep. The location was fine as I don't mind walking and Uber is cheap if the heat is too much to walk in.

Breakfast is ordered from reception and is brought to your room. Maybe this is desired by those who normally stay here but being on my own. I didn't like the lack of choice, or eating in bed.

The hotel is in a good location. The room was comfy and suitable for a couple. It is not very quiet as it is beside a busy street. The staff are very professional. But if you don't speak Spanish, it isn't easy to communicate. We had to use Google translator every time we talked. The breakfast is not very inclusive as there are limited options. The authorities should think everyone won't eat pork or ham. And adding the ingredients list would be great.

I arrived at the hotel more like hostel they didnt speak english the staff were mocking me because i was british. They kept giving me ham when i clearly said im muslim but contuined serving me ham and laughing about it. A bunch of grumpy staff no smiles didnt feel welcomed at all i would give it a 0 star.

Everything the whole hostel was a load of crap. I would never go thereagain neither tell someone else to go. It was a nightmare im glad im back home now.

Location was good. Big room.

The location was not bad, bed like others said a bit hard, but the most concerning thing was the lack of ventilation, and no fans. I can't imagine how horrible it would be to sleep there in really hot months. I went in June. The lighting of the room was very poor and there wasn't even a minibar. For such a large room they really need to take better advantage of it
