Sea Drift Inn

It was an okay room I expect more for close to $100 after tax. The bed was super questionable very weird not even like a real mattress. But I was so tired that I didn't really notice. You can't go inside because the guy guess who owns it is afraid of homeless people coming in and not leaving. So even in broad daylight middle of the day he's got you waiting at the window after pushing a button.

The mattress was really funky. There was not even a quarter of a roll of toilet paper when I asked for another one it's a very teeny tiny roll he gave me. I didn't use the shower so I can't tell you. But it seems like all the hotels here in Eureka are overpriced.

Really nice price for a 2-star motel. Facilities were "normal" - nothing exceptional. Bed was good. Room clean.

There was no "lobby" for checking-in. Just a window, as if this was a high-crime area needing protection. It wasn't. So why not having more friendly open lobby and a face-to-face check-in, rather than behind glass and a drawer to pass credit cards, etc. Not nice that way...

Good price in a good location to fit my itinerary.

Staff very friendly and helpful. This is an economy motel but good value for the money. This was a good lodging experience that compared well to more expensive chain offerings. Satisfied customer.
