Pyramid Continental Hotel

The hotel is located in a nice area of the city just steps away from the Nile river. Perfect place to stay either for work or for leisure. The breakfast was delicious. I was impressed by variety of the breakfast buffet. The facilities available in the bedroom included iron and ironing bord, a minibar, an electric kettle, coffee machine, etc. They also swiftly allowed both and early check in and a late check out. Definitely worth the price.

Highly rude staff member- Samira Check in took 2hrs waiting in the lobby being told we couldn’t afford the room and laughed at by above staff member due to their fault in credit card system. Once management was requested to attend by us, the issue was eventually resolved after 2hrs of disputing with above staff. Accused of not paying $200 food deposit, demanded to go to reception at 9:30pm to prove we did. Order milkshakes, wrong flavour comes to room. Told water is free, then Charged 22USD for water Stopped and told we will pay extra for included breakfast, after explaining our 12yr old is a child multiple times and that we had pre paid.
