Больше всего впечатлил персонал! Великолепные работники зоны ресепшн, работники кухни и ресторана - все огромные молодцы, спасибо за приветливость, за решение всех вопросов и душевное общение. Очень удачное размещение в 1 минуте от хорошего пляжа, собственные лежаки, зонтики и полотенца для пляжа, комфортные номера, телевизоры со смарт-тв, собственный бассейн, достаточно свежий и неубитый ремонт и очень вкусное и разнообразное питание - нам в отеле понравилось все. Мы бронировали номер с 3х разовым питанием. Остались очень довольны. Единственное - 1 ночь спали в номере без окна, но на следующий день за сравнительно небольшую доплату решили этот вопрос и переехали в номер с балконом и видом на бассейн.

Уборка была абсолютно никакой. Благо, нам это особо не мешало, но клининг, конечно, сильно хромает. Если приходили убираться, и мы просили сделать это позже, то больше никто не приходил. Да и когда была уборка, то особой разницы между до/после не замечали. Для нас это был единственный минус.

Ligger bra placerat på norra delen av ön och endast 1 minut från stranden. Välstädat och bra mat som varieras. Den största styrkan med hotellet är deras fantastiska personal som är mycket service minded och gör allt för att din vistelse ska bli så bra som möjligt. Hotellmanagern körde personligen vår dotter till den lokala sjukvårdsinrättningen på ön mitt i natten och väntade där när vår dotter blev sjuk. Bra och mycket prisvärda utflykter arrangeras av hotellet.

Det lilla minus man kan ge är att alla rum inte har balkong eller fönster om man tycker det är viktigt. Se till att boka detta i så fall

Todo fue perfecto desde que llegamos, el personal hace todo lo posible para hacerte sentir como en casa, son muy agradables. Mali de recepción nos ayudó a organizar todas nuestras excursiones (nunca las hacemos con los hoteles) pero de verdad vale la pena 100% hacerlas con ellos. Nos hizo un cambio de habitación a una categoría muy superior en nuestra última noche en la isla. La comida del hotel es muy muy buena, cenamos dos días allí y disfrutamos mucho. Las camareras también son un encanto. El hotel en si es muy completo, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Nosotros pasamos 8 días perfectos. Llegamos a las 23:30h de la noche y nos estaban esperando en el puerto con el buggy del hotel. Sin duda volveremos al hotel si algún día volvemos a Dhiffushi!

Only one person Mali were helpful. And give us good memories of this place

Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing and stressful from the very beginning. Communication was very difficult, slow, and misleading. Due to delayed and incomplete information, we were forced to book an additional night in another hotel after being informed far too late that transport to the island (where the hotel is actually located) was also available in the evening on the day of our arrival to Maledives. Even worse, we were informed only at a very late stage — when cancellation was no longer possible — about an obligatory New Year’s Eve dinner costing USD 75 per person. This kind of information should be communicated upfront, not after guests are financially locked in. The manager tried to partially compensate by cancelling the fee for the only child in our group, but this did not change the overall frustration, especially given the very poor quality of the dinner itself. Food was served in two separate rounds for different groups of guests, and almost everything was cold, having clearly sat in heaters for a long time. The room quality was acceptable, but the service was completely unpredictable. We booked two rooms: one received normal room service and cleaning, while the second room was cleaned only once during a five-day stay, and that was on the third day. Such inconsistency is unacceptable for a hotel of this price level. The manager was not supportive and did little to resolve the ongoing issues. In contrast, one staff member, Mali, genuinely tried her best to help, compensate for the shortcomings, and resolve problems. Without her efforts, our stay would have been even worse. On the last day, we faced further issues arranging airport transfer. Our flight was at 16:20, yet the hotel initially offered only two rigid transfer options: 7:00 AM or 11:00 AM. This would have forced us to waste most of our final day.

Очень милый отель, достаточно новый! Номера большие, еда очень вкусная! Приветливый персонал, особенно хочу отметить Preeti и Pooja. Девушки работают в обеденной зоне, очень хорошо со всем справляются и всегда тепло относятся к гостям. Так что в целом отель мне очень понравился))

Ну мне больше понравится дальний пляж) но тут ничего не сделать с этим)

Grande posizione vicina alla spiaggia. Ottimo servizio. Buffet pranzo/cena molto valido. Comodità. Colazione varia e abbondante

Solo il servizio spiaggia era un po' lento e non attento come il resto.

Fantastic proximity to beach, great size beds and rooms - excellent for shared trips. Best part of all: the excellent staff who were always friendly and ready to help, especially at the reception and the restaurant.

There is not a lot of space by the pool, the variety of food is limited, and noise levels are too high if room is located on the ground floor in immediate proximity to the restaurant.
