Casa 1800 Cerro Verde

The property was perfectly situated in Cerro Verde Park. Our rooms had spacious patios and stunning views of the Volcano. The rooms were clean (a bit musty) but the grounds were gorgeous and immaculate (including the bathrooms in the public space).

A little challenging to be back by 8 pm when the park closes, but otherwise perfect!

Breakfast was included 10/10. Views are amazing worth the extra money to stay facing valcano.

There were a lot of bugs out side the room so they would come in through the bottom of the door. The bugs were all over the room floor and even got into my personal items. the restaurant was the worst experience ever! The waiters were not attentive I need to waive them down all the time to come to my table and it wasn't even busy. The food would take up to an hour to get to our table and when it got to the table it was cold. my husband ordered the salmon and they served it to him raw and still charged us the full amount for it. staff at restaurant are the worst

The view from the room was amazing. The restaurant breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful

We didn’t know how to get hot water in the shower so the first day and a half we were taking very very cold showers. But the staff came to help!

Beautiful hotel with some incredible views. We had a room with a garden view and felt like we woke up in the jungle. The bed was really comfortable and the room incredibly spacious. The volcano can be seen from the restaurant or balcony area. Food was delicious and there were plenty of options, even for us vegetarians. It was the perfect place to relax in after climbing the volcano in the morning.

The shower was a little weak, but still worked perfectly fine.

The views are great! We didn’t know we were staying in a national park. Beautiful flowers all around the property. Food was excellent, staff was great and the beds and space were comfortable.

The floors were quite dirty and we only found out after cleaning up a water spill in our room. The bathroom window was also surrounded by black mold.
