Sunndalsøra Hotell

Breakfast was good, nothing special but a typical Norwegian hotel breakfast. Scottish decor was interesting in the reception area.

There was nothing I did not like. Staff were amazing and friendly. Very nice memories.

Great location, and the view is incomparable!

Needed to have the window open because it was so hot inside, but was not able to rest due to the street in front of the hotel being heavily trafficked all night long.

This is the only hotel around, do not expect to get the same hotel experience like in Trondheim, for example. Sunndalsøra is a small town, and the hotel is located at the heart of it. - I booked 2 double room, with 1 extra bed on a room for my daughter, both rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. We stayed just for 1 night but it was a great experience. The bed is comfortable, there's a TV with local Norwegian channels, and there is a fridge if you need one. - The scenery around the city is amazing, especially if you are not from Norway. If you use public transportation, the bus stop is right next to the hotel. There's also a taxi office near the hotel and bus stop if you need one. - The breakfast is great, there are options and their serving is generous. You also have free tea and coffee corner near the reception. - Wifi speed is fast, you can work in your room without hitch. - You can also keep your baggage in the hotel if you checked out before your bus/transport arrives.

There is nothing that sticks out of ordinary, just don't compare the hotel or the town to more popular places :)
