Very clean and grounds well kept. Pool was great with great staff especially Christian and Val

Beds were a little hard

The limited parking because the hotel lets golf carts and other vehicles park in guest parking spaces

Laid back with great staff

Everything! Location was great. Frozen grapes and popsicles daily, great food options with friendly staff! Will be back! Hydration stations on every floor.

Lorsque j’avais réservé j’avais vu dans les commentaires que le petit déjeuner était compris dans le prix sauf qu’en réalité il n’y a pas de restaurant petit dej il s’agit d’un bar/café où il faut passer commande, nous avons eu un crédit de 20$ par jour pour le petit déjeuner mais pour 3 personnes ça ne comble pas ce qui était prévu de base, j’ai trouvé que la piscine manquait lors des derniers jours de nettoyage car bcq de cheveux dans l’eau et on voyait clairement une pellicule dû au produit solaire à la surface de l’eau et personnel à l’accueil pas très chaleureux

המיקום נח מאוד, חניה צמודה בחינם. החדר מרווח עם מרפסת חמודה לכיוון הבריכה. הצוות מאוד שירותי . תמורה מלאה למחיר. יש במקום בריכה, שולחן ביליארד , ועוד משחקי חוץ נחמדים. חדר כושר סביר בהחלט.

Capitana Received a lukewarm warm welcome from the front desk. I will say after checking in, I had a few interactions with Carlos on the front desk and he was really friendly and super attentive.The Hotel is super modern and immaculately presented. The room was spacious and modern and included a microwave. We had a king size bed which was very comfortable and the pillows were like marshmallows, which made for a good night’s sleep. You do get toiletries in the room (sample sizes) and we were there 4 days and these were not replaced. There is a coffee machine in the room together with coffee and tea and condiments. The water pressure is non-existent and there is only cold water from the sink in the bathroom. A nice touch is the free bottles of water and as much as you like together with bags of ice. We were told by the Front Desk to text them with any requests: we did but didn’t get a response! Housekeeping was a disaster! You have to tell them that you want your room servicing 😳. I asked twice on one day and the room was not done. When I went to the Front Desk, the following day, no apology! The room was done though, pretty much straight away but I have to say, the girl at the Front Desk was very lack lustre and gave the impression, she couldn’t careless 🥹 The pool/bar area was amazing 🤩 all sun loungers have rolled up towels on them and you can help yourself to as many towels are you need. The large pool was very inviting and heated. There was plenty of sun loungers and this Hotel is one of the first Hotels that I have been in, where people are not up at the crack of dawn reserving seats! There also had a jacuzzi as well. The area was spotlessly clean. The pool/bar staff were very attentive and kept the pool/bar area in pristine condition. A shout out to Marcus who was very friendly and attentive: he gave us advice on things to do in the area and recommendations on restaurants. The food that you could order was 🤩.
