It was close to the place where the celebration we were attending that evening

We had rooms 109 and 111, both were cold, the heater was very noisy when it started and when it was on, the walls are thin, could hear people talking next door even in their normal conversation voices. No elevator, rooms were tight specially the bathrooms. Need to clean the heating system, dusty when heater was on, could tell because I’m allergic to dust and my nose was itchy all Night!

The restaurant, good food, good beer and very nice bartender/server.

Had a mini fridge but no coffee maker which is okay other places we stayed often did not have one either BUT in each case they provided complimentary coffee either from their lobbies or adjoining cafes/restaurants- this place charged us full price for a cup. Also the bathroom was really cramped with a slippery tub/shower- no grab bar or non slip strips in tub or gritty surface to keep from falling- an accident waiting to happen!!

Excellent hotel, staff and on site restaurant, which was wonderful. Very clean but no amenities like soap, etc. However due to serious circumstances we were given late check out, which was greatly appreciated.

There were no amenities like soap, shampoo. In addition the wifi did not work.

Insgesamt schlecht. Kein Comfort. Nichtmal Kaffee oder Tee Zubehör. Schlechte Betten. Zimmer winzig klein. Koffer kann man nicht abstellen und öffnen . Zustand aus den 70ger Jahren. Nichts renoviert .Das Café hat Sehr teure Preise . Alles aus der Fritteuse oder Pizza . Nur Fastfood. Preis Leistungsverhältnis Schulnote 6. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Food in restaurant was good. Hotel was centrally located to other businesses

Thee room was quite small. For two people it was a little uncomfortable. The beds were uncomfortable. The heating/cooling unit was very loud. Couldn't talk while it was running.

The room was uncomfortable, outdated, dirty, and smelled very bad. The exhaust from the kitchen came directly into the room. The beds were small, old, and uncomfortable. In short, I would rather sleep in my car than pay for that awful room and stay.

Older hotel (historic) small rooms . Clean and quiet. Staff was nice and was nice to have the cafe and bar on site. Nice location good walking distance to downtown Palmer.
