ESAbsolutamente nada.
Habitación sucia. Olor a humedad muy fuerte. Moho en las zocalos. Muchisimo ruido durante la noche, el desauyuno un autentico desastre. Casi nada de variedad el pan con moho, dudo que nqda cumpla ninguna norma de sanidad. Por suerte ha sido una noche y el ver el panorama en el desayuno nos hemos ido. Valora cualquier otra opción.
ITLa stanza è pulita e ha un bagno discreto con una bella doccia. Lo staff è carino e parla bene inglese. Inoltre, il mercato del pesce è a 5-10 minuti a piedi. In 10-15 minuti si raggiunge il seafest pier

Colazione cinese-oriented e troppo frittume. Basta poco per migliorare: marmellata? pollo non fritto? frutta? Hotel carino ma in un contesto comunque di basso livello (palazzo e negozi sottostanti) non ne giustificano il prezzo. Comunque resta una delle migliori opzioni qui a Semporna…
ITITNon posso dare un giudizio complessivo perché non ho soggiornato tutte le notti programmate. È un punto d'appoggio sicuramente confortevole, vista anche la posizione centrale. È un po' distante dal Jetty (10 minuti a piedi).
La struttura dovrebbe essere migliorata, stanze un po' piccole. Il deposito di 100 euro in contanti all'arrivo è una cosa piuttosto bizzarra.

PLOn the plus side, the staff is helpful, and it’s possible to book transportation to Tawau Airport. There’s a water dispenser and clothes dryers in the corridors, which is very convenient.
The air conditioning was moldy, which made the whole room smell of mold and dampness, and we had to breathe that in. The toilet was also leaking. The hotel is located in the city center and close to the port, but there’s a small market behind it and the area is not clean. At breakfast, they don’t use food warmers, so the prepared pasta is cold. You also have to pay a 100 ringgit deposit in cash.

Despite the very high price, the quality of accommodation and service was unacceptable. The main issues were: 1. Strong odor in the room – We had to request a change of bed linens due to an unbearable smell. Unbearable smell still remained. 2. Non-functional television – Despite asking for assistance, the TV in one room was never fixed. 3. Unreasonable deposit request – We were asked for a 100 MYR deposit, which seemed inappropriate given the poor quality. After protesting, the deposit was waived. 4. Breakfast not provided – Although we arranged for an early breakfast (6:45 AM) due to a scheduled tour, no breakfast was available even after waiting until 7:00 AM (when breakfast time was supposed to start), as no cook was present. 5. The breakfast we got another two days did not meet our expectations (variety, quantity and quality), especially considering the price of the room (e.g. the fried eggs were served cold, one type of fruit, no juice available for the kid). The breakfast area seemed more like a staff break room, as the only people there were hotel employees having their meal. It didn’t feel like a space intended for guests. The staff and the manager behaved unprofessionally. Every time we brought up a complaint, they just said 'I'm sorry' and considered the issue resolved, without taking any actual action. Overall this was very poor experience for unacceptable high cost of the stay.
