Todo bien..falta un poco de mantenimiento

EXCELENTE LA ATENCION DE QUIEN NOS ATENDIO.

LA HABITACION TENIA HUMEDAD , EL BAÑO NO ESTABA LIMPIO, EN EL AMBIENTE ESTABA EL OLOR A HUMEDAD , LA HELADERA AL NO USARSE ESTABA APAGADA CERRADA , AL ABRIRLA NO ESTAB BUENO EL OLOR QUE SALIO. VI QUE ESTABAN EN REFORMAS Y QUE ESTABA TODO BASTANTE LLENO EN DURAZNO QUIZAS NO SON HABITACIONES QUE USEN HABITUALMENTE , LO COMENTO PARA QUE PUEDAN MODIFICAR ESAS COSAS PARA UNA MEJOR ESTADIA PARA TODOS YA QUE SON MUY AMABLES.

The staff were amiable and reacted promptly to our request to having the bathroom cleaned. The breakfast was good, and the area where you had your breakfast was nice enough and clean.

The pictures uploaded on the Booking site are not at all accurate with reality. The rooms need maintenance and a deep scrub. Coffee tables in the rooms were in poor condition and had plastic covers on them. Parts of the floor were peeled off. The bathroom's soap dispensers were broken. In the hallways you can see that the place is being fixed in some parts, there are drippings and wall and floor gutting to fix pipelines and humidity. A real eyesore, very unexpected given the visuals in the site. They need updating.

Cancelación antes de llegar al hotel , nos despreocupamos y llegamos al hotel y ya no teníamos reserva ,dijeron que nos habían avisado pero no fue así
