รีโมททีวี กดได้แค่บางปุ่ม โทรแจ้งพนักงาน แต่ก็ไม่ได้มีการขึ้นมาดูแก้ไขให้ รหัส WIFI ตอนเช็คอิน พนักงานไม่มีการแจ้ง มาได้รหัส ทราบรหัส หลังจากออกเช็คเอาท์เรียบร้อยแล้ว

Прекрасный мини-отель, чисто, уютно, удобное местоположение (до автобусной станции, с которой можно уехать на острова Самуи и Панган, 250-300 метров). Справа от отеля улица, где можно вкусно покушать. На 1-2 дня - супер! Отдельная благодарность за лежак на балконе, это кайф!

Room was fine.

Staff were the most unhelpful people I’ve ever met. Made a British citizen miss their flight after being contacted by the embassy as they failed as a four star hotel to tell me that their reception closed for the night keeping my passport as a deposit and not opening till 8:00am. Strolling in at 8:30 after I begged and pleaded with them to please come and give me my passport so I can go home I had no more means of money. The manager then threatened to call the police and hearing me cry about not even being given a bit of compensation they had more urgency to call the police than to get a young girl back home. Absolutely disgusting behaviour
