Alex was a superb host

Very well run and very pleasant

Location, so clean and very helpful staff. Alex did everything we needed and couldn't ask for anymore really.

Nothing really maybe a little warmer shower but that's really it. You are better with scooter but again resort sorts this out no problem so not an issue.

We loved Laguna Beach House! The tranquiellty, and the beauty of the location was exactly what we were looking for. From our room we could stroll directly out on the beach for a morning walk and a swim. In the evening our little "private garden" was perfect for yoga. Our room was beautiful and clean. The hotel has a massage studio and the massage was high class. The owners are very friendly and helpful with everything you might need. The motorbike they arranged for was nearly brand new.

Location

A wonderful hotel designed and maintained with European sensibilities; probably one of the best places to stay on the island. The location is great with easy access to both the west and east coasts and a short walk to a village with stores and restaurants. The host is helpful, cheerful, and omnipresent so the lack of local personnel does not matter. The setting is wonderfully tranquil with no noise from cars, discos, barking dogs, crowing roosters, screaming kids etc. Only some horrid but thankfully distant karaoke on weekends. Good breakfast is included in the neighboring hotel

Some suggestions to make it even better: The beach chairs cannot be adjusted, so they are not suitable for reading or lying on your stomach. The pool, which looks larger in the photos, is miniscule, but you have access to a great pool next door. The "sea view" of our room was mostly blocked and should be listed as "partial". The beach is beautiful but full of biting sand flies, and the water is too shallow to swim (but thus no waves, boats, or jet skis!). There should be a fan on the windless terrace. The room cleaning product smells awful.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay there. Alex is very kind and helpful. He arranged transport and massage for us. Massage was very good and you don’t have to go anywhere, massager is coming to beach house. Drinks are available in self service fridge, and prices are good. It’s a good quiet and beautiful place. Several good restaurants are nearby and if you want something new, ask Alex, where is Blues Blues. Thank you Alex, you are really good host.

It’s near the beach and the pool and the view from the pool are very nice, beds are comfortable. Manager is very affable.

Booked 2 rooms with sea view (see photo), but there was none. Towels were not folded by housekeeping and, in general, feeling that the strict minimum was done. Breakfast next door was well below par and every little thing was at extra charge. Felt a bit like a rip-off. The location is very quiet and the taxi charged between 15€ and 20€ per round-trip to the nearest city, White Sands.
