The room we had was spacious and comfortable - with all needed amenities provided. Overall, hotel is like shown in the pictures. There was a lift which is not the case for many other hotels we stayed at during this trip, which is a strong plus.

Check-in and check-out procedures were unpleasant. Upon check-in, we were first asked to pay a tourist tax. As i pointed to booking.com terms and claimed that there shall be no added charges (also because the final price on my booking is said to include a city tax), i was still told that tourist tax is something additional. We agreed to pay but asked for an invoice, and then we were told there is no need to pay anymore. Since price on booking is in dollars, they first tried to concert it to som incorrectly. Luckily , we noticed this and it was corrected to the official rate of that day. Despite all of this, still an extra surcharge was added (for paying by card) although we were not informed about it before the payment… Upon check out we had to wait 10min while room was checked to ensure we didn’t make any damage. I know some hotels in some parts of the world have this practice, but this feels quite huniliating and time wasting. Beeakfast can be improved - we came 30min before the end and most of the things were already gone, even jams were taken away (they returned it after I asked), coffee machine constantly needs assistance (luckily there is a friendly staff lady helping with it). Water from the bottle is only available upon additional payment.

Хороший отель, чистый, приветливый персонал, доброжелательный и дружелюбный. Завтраки хорошие. Номер просторный, кровать очень удобная, просторный санузел.

Очень слышно соседей.
