Railway Hotel Greymouth

Very good location with easy walking distance to Greymouth central. Excellent Thai meals (had with a beer) available at the location. I like the accommodation above a pub. Room was basic but did have a sink and facilities for making tea/coffee. Shared fridge/freezer without issues. Wi-Fi included.

Very small table in the room that was adequate but only just. Otherwise no issues.

A little creepy. Only 2 people in whole place. Old Clean Very cheap Renovations took place during stay, so had to creep up side of staircase because plastic drip sheet covering a third of staircase. I would stay there again but a little creeped out. Very conveniently situated in Greymouth, but that's easy to achieve in a small town.

Great location to grey river, the Tasman Sea & especially town. Staff were friendly. Parking is available on site. There's a lovely little cafe next door with delicious coffee.
