Restaurant was closed which was a problem as was not informed and had no food with me and irt was new years eve so had to travel to Methven.

No staff available. No information in the guest booklet so could not access WIFI which I needed to do for work to send a report and no one around to help me. Slime over the concrete in the carport. Badly needs upgrading.

Tv didn't work properly

The unit was lovely, very tranquil spot.

We enjoyed the location, the cottage and it was easy to access the property. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed but we had diner in the village which was a nice adventure. The bed and the spa bath were very comfortable. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Not all the windows could be blinded so we woke up early. The cottage was not very clean as we found hairs in the spa bath and underwear of one of previous female guests was left in one of the chairs.

Gute Lage, um nach Edoras zu fahren und den Sternenhimmel zu sehen. Schöne Hütte mit Terrasse.

Location was excellent for us asa stopover on our way north.staff were great and bar meal’s a good option with very pleasant service
