"Pleasant"

From the outside it looks nice. The lobby is also nice. Stuff helpful and smiling. Big safe parking spot inside the property.

When we came, our room was not ready. Another room we got, there were not the towels and the bed was a little bit unclean. Hot water was not running. Breakfast really basic (juice, eggs and marmelade). Unfortunatelly these little things made the it 6/10.

nothing as i did not stay at this hotel not to my standard but they would not refund my money was given a twin room right next the reception with only a single pain of glass betwen room and reception not for me thanks should be noticed that this hoterl does not have any air con in a hot climate
