Everything! It’s very centralised, many food locations (I recommend Nanthaka Rice Porridge and Monsieur Breakfast for breakfast and Khao Tom Jor Charoenchai for dinner), 7 Eleven just opposite the hotel, walking distance to Saturday Night Market, rooms were extremely clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, plus there were many parking spots for those who would like to drive there.
