Ubicación.

La chica que se encontraba en caja/recepción nos atendió de mala gana. Cuando llegamos al hotel aprox 12am nos dijo que nuestra reserva ya había caducado de mala manera y posteriormente que tenían disponibilidad de todas las habitaciones. Antes de llegar a dicha hora yo había confirmado previamente (por teléfono) si habría algún problema con el horario de llegada y me dijeron que no. La atención fue pésima en trato y en forma ya que: si había disponibilidad de todos los tipos de habitaciones, ¿por qué motivo o razón nos indica de esa manera que ya no tenemos una reserva?. La persona que estuvo en recepción fue la encargada en el horario nocturno del dia viernes 23.
