Posizione ottima, personale gentile quando presente. Efficiente nei servizi come la richiesta di taxi alle 4 del mattino.

Colazione molto scarsa. Aria condizionata non funzionante e al momento in cui abbiamo cercato qualcuno dello staff, non era presente, reception completamente vuota alla sera in orari normali.

Struttura nel centro di Khiva. Personale gentilissimo e ottima colazione.

La ubicación es muy buena, la habitación estaba limpia y el personal tanto de día como de noche eran muy amables, nos han ayudado en todo. Las vistas de la terraza eran muy buenas.

Lo único malo fue que el desayuno no era puntual, tenías que esperar a que hagan las cosas y se olvidaban poner cosas, como la leche, encender el café, poner pinzas, etcétera. Tampoco reponían las cosas.

La struttura molto centrale presenta un’ottima offerta per la colazione e personale super carino e preparato. Gli unici che conoscono e parlano inglese.

The position is excellent!! few minutes away from the center inside the walls. I appreciate a lot the kindess of the staff. They also was so gentle to accompany me to the pharmacy with their own auto. The room was large and clean. I higly recomment the hotel.

Praticamente nelle mura a 150 metri da tutto!! terrazza panoramica spettacolare!

The hotel room was very good and clean. The people were always ready to help and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was comfortable and friendly, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and everything was well organized. I really enjoyed my stay there, and I truly recommend this place.

Posizione ottima.

L'hôtel est bien situé et le personnel est accueillant. Notre vol d'avion arrivait tôt, nous avons pu laisser nos valises le temps que la chambre soit disponible. Les chambres sont propres. Nous quittions tôt pour visiter et ils nous ont offerts une boite à lunch pour le petit déjeuner.

Il serait souhaitable de laisser fonctionner l'air climatisée dans certaines chambres durant la journée. Nous avions 2 chambres, l'air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas bien dans l'une d'entre elle. Puisqu'il venait l'a fermer durant la journée, nous n'arrivions pas à obtenir une température comfortable.
