Qente Wings

The guy on the reception was very kind, also he allowed us to leave our luggage there during inca trail. The beds were comfortable.

First they told ua that we should pay some booking commission or vat, so if ypu are foreigner be careful. It clise to the main square, but the street is just walkable, paved with stones, so rolling a big suitcase is a nightmare, you should carry it. The breakfast is pretty basic and they do not provide breakfast box if you are leaving for Machu Picchu. Seemed unfinished, there were wires from the walls and the roof is opened, so the temp in the room is close to the one outside. Most rooms face the stairs.

The place just didn’t look done. Wires sticking out and the office room, which was very visible, clearly was just not done yet. There was only one person doing anything and our room wasn’t even ready when we arrived at 4 Look this place has a great roof terrace and the location is superb. With a little more investment in the rooms and common area and may have someone sitting at the front desk- would do wonders to this place Also pls improve the WiFi.

Q'ente Wings had only been open for 10 days when we stayed for one night. We felt like royalty! The whole establishment was very clean and new. Water pressure was high and the room was comfortable. We had an excellent view of ruins from our room. Being from Alaska, the room was a bit warm so we slept with the balcony door open. Breakfast was more than enough for a day of exploration and well presented. It was served atop the rooms for an excellent view of the city from all sides. Best view in town! If ever back in Ollantaytambo, we will be staying at Q'ente Wings!

We would have like to have less blanket as we slept hot in the night. We opened the balcony door to cool us off in the night.

Good location, less than 5 mins to the square and 25 mins walk to the station. Right outside one the walks to the Granary.

Felt a bit overcharged and told specifically that we had to pay the Booking comission. Happened elsewhere too but not in every stay.

Yuri 's very helpful and care of us. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice hot shower. 2~3 minutes walk to city center. Good breakfast. Vaule for money 👍

I cannot rate Qente Wings highly enough. Host Yuri worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. He serves a fantastic breakfast, the beds are extremely comfortable, the views from the roof are stunning. He worked with Dario, a local driver, to get us everywhere we needed to go. In the end Yuri and Dario both felt like family. When we left a ring in our room on our way to Cusco, Dario brought it to Cusco for us. Truly an incredible place to stay, and if we ever go back to Ollantaytambo (which is a wonderful town), we will definitely stay there. Thank you Yuri!
