Amazing location with beautiful views from the breakfast roof terrace. Staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. Hot shower and comfy room. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Ollantaytambo

Hotel lindo, agua caliente, habitaciones limpias y bonitas, desayuno rico, terraza con vista maravillosa, dueños amables y atentos. Ubicación perfecta en la parte inca de la ciudad

El lugar es muy limpio, las sabanas huelen muy rico. Agusta, la dueña, fue tan amable y amorosa... Nos preparo un desayuno en la terraza con un vista de en sueño!! recomiendo este lugar.

The family running this property is lovely. Very kind and caring. You will not find a cleaner stay. It’s absolutely spotless. Nice breakfast on the rooftop. But you do need to let them know the day before what time you’d like your breakfast.

The construction of the stay does make it noisy. The doors closing bang loudly and noise carries a lot when people are milling about. I did end up paying around $50 more than Booking.com’s rate because of the exchange rate used. I paid in soles and rate was high.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is fantastic—close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet, which made it the perfect place to relax after exploring Ollantaytambo and the Sacred Valley. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, with great water pressure, which is always appreciated after long days of walking and hiking. The staff were lovely throughout our stay: kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. What made the experience truly special, though, was meeting Rosario, who works at the hotel. She is third generation—or more—from Ollantaytambo, and speaking with her gave our stay a deeper connection to the town and its history. She brought such warmth and authenticity to the experience, and she is a big part of why this hotel felt so memorable. A beautiful, peaceful place with wonderful people. We would happily stay here again.
