Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, breakfast was great and tis very close to the train station to Machu pichu

La ubicación, el desayuno y el personal, muy bueno. El ambiente muy lindo.

El desayuno estuvo bien, pero se podria mejorar un poquito mas.

Really good overall and great value, but the alpacas were hilarious, basically everything except friendly. 😂

Excelente ubicación cerca del tren a Aguas Calientes. Rodeado de naturaleza, habitaciones silenciosas a pesar de estar sobre una calle transitada.

We spent one night before and one night after we went to Machu Picchu at this hotel. We appreciate that they stored our luggage when we were out. The view from the hotel rooms was nice, you can see the mountains and a little creek running through. They provide a simple and basic breakfast.

We liked the second night's room much better than the first night's room. The first night's room was on the top floor. There were a lot of little bugs in the room, which seemed to have come in through some gaps in the roof (you can see light through the ceiling) and through the open bathroom window (no window screens). There were so many of them lying on the bathroom shower floor to the point that none of us felt comfortable enough to take a shower that night. The second night, we got a room on the middle level floor, which had many fewer little bugs, so we dared to take showers that night. There were some interesting smells, not sure how to describe, but probably the same thing as noticed by other reviewers. I wish that they could maintain the hotel in better conditions, for example, fixing up the gaps, adding window screens, and fixing the dangling lights on the ceiling. At the current condition, I can see why it was rated as a two-star hotel.
