The hotel was an oasis of calm on an otherwise chaotic street. It was close to the main square, cathedral and market. Breakfast was ok.

The room was advertised as having two double beds. These were in fact large singles, as the photos do show. We asked for some laundry and repeatedly asked for the weight / price before it was done. This was not given, and we were charged the equivalent of £17!

I’ve been staying at this hotel every 2 weeks for the past 2 and a half years and it has been consistently clean, comfortable, safe and breakfast has always been satisfactory.

Excelente atención de todo el personal. Todos son muy amables. Las instalaciones son modernas y siempre están impecables. El desayuno bufet súper rico.

Todo estuvo bien. Está a cuatro cuadras de la plaza de Chiclayo, aunque hay muchos negocios alrededor, por lo que hay bastante movimiento en el exterior del hotel.
