Description of the room facilities in booking.com and reality were too different.

The staff were very patient with a guest who was rude to them for hours… he was threatening them that they didn’t give him the room for free he would give them such bad reviews that no one from China would stay again….I ended up intervening and spoke to the guest and he left. Such patient staff, really good people.

Decent location and quite area.

Minimalist breakfast. The manager at the reception was a bit rude and raised his voice a few times with us when trying to sort payment by VISA card

The best introduction to Uzbekistan we could dream of. Smart, educated, kind and helpful people. If you speak French or Russian, listen to the owner - from schools to history, politics and traditions, he is rich in knowledge. Ask about the significance of the paintings at the reception. Large, richly decorated oriental-style room. Clean and quiet. The dignified kindness of Uzbeki educated people.

I liked the traditional-styled room. The AC was good (which was vital in the summer heat). Responsive staff, quietness. Nice rooftop with a view over the city.

The mattresses were super hard, I couldn’t sleep well. The cleanliness might have been improved. The location is ok - close to all the popular sites, though it’s a tricky challenge to find the way in rather chaotic streets.

The location was close to all the sites as well as grest restaurants and the staff was exceptionally nice and helpfull.
