Good location, with many eating places nearby, especially by the oval plaza and around the area. Ellynes Pasalubong center is just a few minutes' walk away. Good value for money.

There was no elevator, although a staff very kindly carried up my bag for me. The double lock had been removed, so I didn't feel safe - I had to put my luggage across the door during the night. The toilet wasn't clean. A family that seemed to own the place eats their meals by the lobby, I have no problem with that, however, the missus was sneezing all around without covering her nose and mouth.
