Very clean room and shower area. Relaxing courtyard..and we needed a break. Intersting decorations both in room and courtyard - the mural outside the hotel gives the general idea.

I thought for the room rate, which is a little higher than we had been paying, the room could have been a little bigger and the breakfast could have been a bit more interesting. but in the scheme of things these are minor points

Iskender was great.Good value for Samarkand and 15 mins walk to Registan but only 5 mins from other main sites and parks. New facility ans good full breakfast, also included. Help with daytrips or onwards travel also.

Shared bathroom but this allowed for good value in an expensive city like Samarkand, so only a little annoying.

Nice hotel in a quiet location close to many of the attractions. The breakfast was good; a wide selection of breakfast items were provided. Additionally, the room was of a good size, decorated to a nice standard.

The check-in and checkout were not particularly easy as staff were not available at all times.

You feel like home! It's a great place and Mrs. Isskander from the reception is an amazing and friendly person! Highly recommendable!

Room comfort and stuff, both young workers were amazing.

Entrance in our room was through reception, that surprisedcus, and room door had glas in the middle which means we could see lights and siluets outside and they could see ours, so that means bad privacy, it should be improved. Also breakfast was poor, it can contain more eggs, vegetables and meet.

Friendly staff, close to all monuments and musea. Would recommend of your staying in Samarkand :)
