Rien. On n'a même pas pu entrer, car ils ont annulé notre réservation avant l'heure maximal de check-out. Personnel exécrable, pas parlable.

Nous sommes arrivés à 22h15 pour nous faire dire que notre chambre a été annulée parce qu'on n'avait pas communiqué avec eux (alors qu'on n'avait pas à le faire) et que "souvent les gens annulent avec Booking". Pourtant, on avait jusqu'à minuit pour check-in selon leur fiche. Rien à faire. Ils ne veulent pas nous donner une chambre, mais ils disent qu'ils doivent nous envoyer dans un autre hôtel pour un peu plus cher. Après validation de l'hôtel, c'est côté 5/10 et pourri. Non, merci, nous sommes partis.
