Kris and Joy were amazing looking after me when I was a little bit sick.

Internet, we had to rely on esim most of the time no matter where we were in the building.

The balcony at the top is the real highlight. Starting the day up there with an American breakfast and ending it the same way just hits different. The rooms had everything we needed and if something’s missing, the staff is super friendly and ready to help right away. They really take care of you, especially Joy. Super warm and helpful. You can even borrow snorkeling gear for free, and they’ve got free drinking water available too. The location couldn’t be better. Not even a minute to the beach and super close to all the dive shops. It’s also quiet enough to get good sleep no loud parties nearby but still close enough if you feel like going out. So yeah, for us, everything was on point: location, comfort, cleanliness, and service.

The staff is amazing! They are super friendly and kind to help you with everything; trips, bike, data for the phone, restaurants etc etc etc They want to make sure you have an amazing time in Moalboal. I wanted to go diving and they advised Amigo diving shop which was a good match. Also I wanted to see the whale sharks in Oslob and they made sure I got a good deal with the transportation and all, very helpful and it was an amazing experience. The breakfast is a 'must-do', its a rich and full table with eggs, bacon, fruit, coffee all all all!! Very good and really affordable. I had a very early checkout and (although the staff does not life in the hotel) they came to make sure I had a breakfast, and everything with me. Very helpful!

Nothing, when I come back to Moalboal I will book here again, only for the staff :)
