Room was clean and shower was hot. Close to Robinson Mall and restaurants.

Its on the main road through Butuan. Very loud cars and motorbikes sometimes. Its a bit overpriced. The room was the smallest Hotel room Ive ever been in also.

Rooms are very cozy and the pool set up is excellent. breakfast by the pool is so good

none.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall the place itself was decent and comfortable. However, our experience could have been better. We arrived late at night after a long trip (02/09/2026), and unfortunately the receptionist on duty was not very approachable. A warm welcome would have made a big difference, especially for tired guests arriving late. On our second day,(02/11/2026) we also noticed that the rice served during breakfast was hard and under cooked. We hope the kitchen team can improve on food quality, as breakfast is an important part of the guest experience. We’re sharing this feedback in hopes that service and food quality can be improved for future guests.

Breakfast isn’t that appetizing and almost same everyday. Coffee isn’t nice as well. A bit sour in taste.
